Interview
I applied through LinkedIn and got a unprofessional email from corporate recruiter for phone screening next day. Pretty impressive so far. However, the recruiter seemed to be very naive, unprofessional and unorganized which clearly shows management structure and culture. Big red flag. Just before 10 min. Of phone call, she send an email and reschedules interview without providing any reason or any apologies. Upon, second attempt, she doesn't call on time and ended up calling 15 min late with an attitude to reschedule. Upon third attempt, no call no show. A company who boasts for quality lacks in its management and co ordination in cross departments. An advice to a recruiter - Don't take people granted. Their time is more valuable than yours. Learn some people and management skills.
