I was Interviewed individually by 2 assistant managers in the span of 10 minutes. If you pass that then you do a written test where you answer multiple choice questions about pizza, cup measurements, math, and other easy questions like who landed on the moon. Once your done, they grade you and let you know if your hired. If you do then they will send you to orientation.
