I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Little Caesars Pizza (Murfreesboro, TN) in Nov 2020
Interview
I was asked a couple questions about previous Manager jobs I had. Mostly about labor and food cost. Then it became very comfortable and more like juzt a conversation between two people meeting for the first time. Pat, the franchisee was very cool and easy to converse with. The best thing I took from our conversation was that they are forward thinking and not just settled with their success. Before hiring me he said that he wants to hire someone who will stick with the company not just fill a position. This tells me that if I am hired that I am valued and not just filling a blank space. This is probably the most excited ive been to start a new job in the past 15-16 years. I start in an hour and a half and cant waite.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Little Caesars Pizza (Houston, TX) in May 2015

I was a crew member for under six months when I was asked to move up to general manager, I accepted. Then i had my first interview with my regional manager and my district manager was there also, then I had a second interview which was over the phone with the recruiter at the corporate office. After that I signed a back ground check and started my training. It took a week to do my interviews and then start training.
