In person hiring fair. Arrive early since they interview you on a first come first served basis, and they hire on the spot. After lining up and signing in, they call you into a separate room for a short interview.

They do massive hiring for the concert season so it’s a job fair where they don’t book appointments you line up answer a few questions on if you can handle noise and drunk people and flashing lights and make sure your available for training dates. Then you’re told to wait until they call your name. Waited 3hrs to be told the job has been filled
