Telephone interviews with HR and video call with hiring manager. Seems to be more targeted to fit and willingness to do many jobs than skills per se. Organization doesn't appear very mature.

Very unprofessional. Met with the director who seemed rushed and did not know how to interview. the interviewer asked very basic questions and did not really seem pay attention. Based on his responses of what the culture was like the environment seems like a churn and burn shop no one would ever want to work at.
