Interview
I interviewed with LoadUp recently. The initial call is ~30 minutes with their HR/recruiter where you discuss the company and position in more detail. The second interview is a short conversation with the Head of Engineering, they ask a few behavioral questions and give you a code challenge. I was told to spend no more than 1-2 days on the code challenge, and that LoadUp respects your time. Communication up until this point was very quick, however it took two weeks for me to hear back about the cc, and I never received any feedback.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at LoadUp in Dec 2020
Interview
First, you connect with the recruiter and do a mock project to showcase your skills. Next, a panel of current engineers meet with you to discuss background, portfolio, etc. Over all pretty good experience. The team was super cool
