2 back to back 30 min interviews. The interviewers were kind (especially the Sr. Director) and asked thoughtful, straightforward questions. Members of the team that would report to the role were the second interview. Neutral rating is because of the recruiters. They have a lot of opportunity to improve etiquette... they don't ask you when you're available for interviews and book them in without asking then avoid providing new availability when you ask. Salary range posted was 120k-150k then recruiter said they wouldn't go over 120 no room for negotiation (not sure if that was true but if it is that's really not ideal). Show up early, the parking can be a bit confusing. I showed up 40 mins early and inquired over email about parking and the recruiter didn't reply until after the interview (I cc'd the interviewer because I figured that would happen and he replied).
