called me for an in-person interview, the interview was mostly situational questions. Got another call a week later to review my benefits & to give any documentations required from me. Then got another call my manager 2 weeks later for my first shift.

My interview took about an hour and lots of questions like what do you think about custom service? Have you ever observed any unsafe behavior in your previous employment? etc.
