This hiring process was relativley easy as I was a full time employee in that department when the oppertunity came up to take on the management lead. My Interviewer allready knew of my experiance, and was very pleased to offer me the job.
I gave all the reasons as to why this position suited me, and what I would do to increase sales in that department. I explained how I would treat empolyees, and what I expected of them.
