HR contacted me by phone after 2 months of application for another job. The HR barely knew what I was doing and interviewed me for another position that was not a fit for me. Waste of time.

Interview
Initial communication started a full year prior to employment. It was a 3 interview process. Initial HR meeting, then management and then upper management. Everything was straight forward, job description, responsibilities and expectations. Pretty standard stuff. I was shown the different buildings and departments to get a sense of the work space and culture.
