After a very simple phone interview I was set up with an Interview with the DLPS where I was asked about 10 questions. Based on scenarios and my understanding of the law. Also questions about "What would you do" scenarios and how I have solved problems.

Fair interview, straight forward and to the point. Direct questions about yourself, your work history, your insight on loss prevention strategies and techniques.
The process is a phone interview, in person interview than background check before a conditional offer is made.
Once offer is made it is very straightforward as you proceed right into training. Training really needs work as it follows a guide that is mediocre at best, it does not provide insight on becoming better at the job or doing the job properly just paper work and online courses about Loblaw that you most likely will not use.
