It was a one to two interview. The interview was more behavioral than technical. I generally thought the interview went well but would have preferred more technical questions. At the end, Behavioral interviews just allow the selection committee to select using other ranking aside competence.

I had meetings with human resources then two other rounds they were very detailed with their questions about my work history and how I added value in my past jobs. I asked about their corporate culture and the peers in my area and the prospect for future growth within the organization.
