Straightforward, and transparent. Phone call and an in-person interview. Had to answer about 30 straightforward questions, what would I do in certain cases. Emphasis on safety and team work. Briefly discussed about availability too
The interview was over the phone, very quick, with common questions about working hour, availability during pick season, ability to lift heavy boxes, commuting means. The call was very shortly after the application
