First call is HR / Talent acquisition personnel to verify work experience and credentials, followed by hiring manager and/or peer and another round of interview of relevant directors in the department.
I applied online and received an email from the TA to schedule a phone interview. I had a 1:1 interview with the hiring manager, then a panel interview with a peer and the director and the test. The process was slow and HR was bad at communicating but kudos to the hiring manager to taking over communication with candidates.

Interview
I applied online, received an interview invite from a recruiter, 1 week later, I received an invite for an interview with the Senior Manager and Manager. After the interview I was given a 48 hour case to analyze and provide my insights.
I presented my insights to the Senior Director and Senior Manager.
Received my offer 1 week later.
