At that point, I already was working for loblaw and I saw the opportunity online and applied for it. They called me after 2-3 days and had a great interview, and then they asked me that if my supervisors like me or not and I said I think they like me I was perfect at attendance, able to speak English fluently, told me to inform my manager not the supervisors only manager. I said okay, but after 2 days later, one of the supervisors came at me and asked me that if I applied for the position and I said yes and he got mad at me for not letting him know and he implied that I did this behind his back, it ended up with another clerk from his country, and this kept happening, they never let some other racial groups to have a better position and move up. it was terrible
