The interview process started with an initial call with HR, where I discussed my background, experience, and how I aligned with the role. Next, I completed a live coding assessment on CoderPad to demonstrate my problem-solving and programming skills in real-time. Finally, I met with the hiring manager for an in-depth discussion about my technical expertise, project experience, and overall fit for the team. Unfortunately, this stage didn’t go as well as I had hoped.
