Hiring managers were great in going into detail of the role and answering any questions I had. I liked the outlook of the company and was excited about a potential future with the company.

Interview
Applied online and was called for phone screening of very basic questions such as what experience do you have with excel , and just a run down of your resume. A week later was called for in person interview. Behavioral and situational questions mostly. Three supply chain managers took the interview. They were very friendly and open for any questions I had.

Questions on multi tasking, working in teams, working with someone you are not comfortable with, when you did something wrong. All questions were situational and they wanted to listen what happened, what you did and what was the result.
Also asked what was my proficiency with JBA, SAP and Excel
