Interviewed for a Scrum master role. Spoke to the HR rep over the phone then there were 3 rounds of interviews, Technical PM, Hiring manager and then Lead Engineer + Fit interview. The interview process took 3 weeks and were overall positive but the feeling i got was there was no real Agile practice at the " Digital " location and that they started off agile but now are moving towards waterfall due to the initiatives being passed down from Sr management.
