The talent consultant reached out to set up a call with me but I didn't get a reply after sharing my avails. I followed up after a few weeks, still got the reply asking for avails, then same thing happened a few times. When we finally set up the call, the consultant sounds aggressive on phone and asked very broad questions and kept me talking a lot, then told me directly they need some skillsets that I don't have, which I strongly feel the hiring manager would have a different opinion on that. Unprofessional, disrespectful, and a waste of my time, didn't get any useful info during the whole process. Strongly not recommend. Might be better if LD consider hiring another recruiting person.
