Recruiter contacted me about an opportunity at Loblaw Digital that sounded very exciting. My current role seemed to align to the role so I decided to proceed. After chatting with the recruiter, I was asked to have a phone screen with someone internal which I proceeded with. I was told someone would get in touch with me with feedback regardless of outcome. About a week later I followed up with the recruiter and she never responded... ever. I would expect more from a company like this.
