Very, VERY unprofessional.
We set a time for a phone interview and the company called me significantly late.
Once we connected, the interviewer's headset wasn't working and she fumbled with that for several minutes.
It was obvious that she had absolutely no interest in me or pursuing the matter further.
She made me feel like she was fulfilling an obligation that she'd rather not be a part of.
During the interview she complained about having to type with one hand because she had to hold a handset to her ear.
She wasn't listening to me AT ALL.
Very, VERY immature. My 13 year old niece is more of an adult.
If you are 20 and just out of school, this might be the place for you.
IF, however, you are an adult with actual experience and synapses firing between your ears, AVOID Loblaw Digital like the plague. They are playing catch up with Amazon, and their future is so bright they need to turn on the lights.
