first the manager calls for a half hour friendly chat, everything goes well, he emailed me the assignment. I emailed the assignment in 3 days, expecting to get an email thanking me for my time or when should I expect them to get back, but NOTHING for 3 whole weeks!!! Then a very rude recruiter called me several times without emailing me first! He says I'll call you first thing in the morning, then he calls 4 pm! He asked me why I am looking for such raise in salary comparing to my current salary! Then he tells me we don't want you to fail your manager, so we are offering you developer II role!! Then he tells me you are raising flags cause I was worried about the long commute and I asked for wfh for 1 day a week! Super rude and unprofessional in general. Next step was live coding expanding the assignment for another 2 hours, but I am not wasting more time over these people
