The whole process took around 3 weeks. First phone screening (15min) was a little bit odd, HR was asking about your tech knowledge of Project architecture and your skills and experience. The second interview was with a staff developer to discuss your experience in previous projects(45 min). It was really good (maybe due to the interviewers' attitudes). The third interview is a Technical with Staff dev and Senior dev (90min), providing Corderpad to write the implementation for the Class Interface they provide and write unit test cases for it. Not a difficult task however takes time than they expect (30 min). They check how careful you are while typing and checking typos and deleting and retyping. So no matter if you complete a working code still you lose their expectations. Then, second half asksed about Mobile app architecture such as MVVM and which method writes where and how the interclass communication is being done. then some tech questions about Swift, Xcode, RXSwift etc..The Interviewer can make you stressed and uncomfortable be ready for it. The fourth interview was with a Hiring manager.
