Was introduced via 3rd party and got a call right away. First interview was scheduled for the next day and during the call I was given an overview of the product and company (culture, atmosphere and size of the team etc.) I received a deep understanding of what I should expect if I joined the team. My recruiter had comprehensive responses to my questions about training, team growth and company goals looking into 2015. Shortly after, I received an email requesting a second call with a Director. The goals of the call were clear: what are my interests, how do I think and how I came to want to build an analytics platform. I answered some tough questions without 'right' answers. When I was invited to the office the team was very accommodating as far as my limited availability. We found 2 2 hr chunks where I would meet with 8 ppl. total 1:1. I actually had a blast at the in person interview and knew I would accept if an offer was made. Everyone was very smart and interesting--- the conversation was natural and I felt very comfortable 'thinking on my feet,' moving from idea to idea with those who I met with. The team was very engaging.
