Recruiters and interviews showed no hint of professionalism or that my time as a professional was of any value. Initial phone interview was cancelled 15mins to the scheduled time with no reason provided. At the face-to-face interview one of the interviewers happened to be away (i was given no prior warning of this), 2 other people where thrown in at the last minute to lenghten the process. It was obvious non had gone through my resume nor read notes for previous discussions. 7 stages into the process, i was informed the company had changed the priorities for that hire- in other words, the job spec had been rewritten.
