Interview
Phone interview screen followed by an 8 hr interview onsite where I met with various people for an hour each, mostly engineers, but one director and one business area manager. I was asked lots of critical thinking questions and questions about my experience. No low level coding questions per se, but high level concepts were covered. Entire process took one week. I had a decision the following week. Very fast.
