Several phone screens and the a face to face day, lasting about 4 hours, with 3 people rotating through.

Follow instruction and direction to the letter and smile.
Recruiting center is nice, with bottles of water and a Keurig while you wait.

Too many interviewers since the manager is new. Over phone interviews over a course of 3 weeks. Spoke to many individuals asking the same questions to get a feel how i would do their work. They would pick my brain to solve issues they had on their projects.
