I applied online and received and email within the hour stating that I was in the pool of candidates for consideration. I was given a pre-interview questionnaire to fill out and return. Approximately 2 weeks later I received a call asking to set up a phone interview. About a month after that I was invited to an in-person interview. The interviews were panel interviews with many of the same people in both. About a week after my in-person interview I received a job offer, and after a little negotiating, accepted. I have completed the background check and am waiting to hear when my first day will be. The whole process took about 2.5 months including the back ground check, however there was a lot of communication during that time which made it seem to go much faster.
