long process. Phone interview. In person interview with 5+ managers. Asked the usual questions, where do you see yourself in 5 years? What do you want to get out of this position? Are you looking to advance to a management type role?
Standard star interview with how you handle situations with no trick questions. The panel interview went over my resume and discussed each bullet. They also asked about my manufacturing experience in my past job and how those skills can be applied to that site.

Quick 30 minute phone call which went over behavioral questions and then moved to an on site interview with team members. The on site was about a 30min-1hr panel discussion/interview of mostly behavioral questions again then walked around the manufacturing facility. Technical questions came up during discussion, just know your stuff.
