Very intense and specific to the job description. Lots of questions about personality and personal behavior. Even though the dressing code was never discussed prior interview was a big part of the interview.
Interview was professional and as a candidate I was treat with dignity and respect. It made me feel as if the company genuinely cared about employees and the quality of life.

I applied online. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Louisville, KY) in Sep 2020
Interview
I had a virtual (zoom) interview that lasted about 35 minutes. I would have much rather had it in person but was pleased with the way the zoom interview went. We followed up the interview with several emails about any other questions and just to keep in touch. Overall good interview experience considering the circumstances.
