Short notice for interview (less than twenty four hours). One hour long interview, five person panel (four directors plus one vice president). Despite this the atmosphere was still relaxed and friendly.

Thorough, structured interview. Fair questions asked, and interviewers were more than open to sharing information about the role and organization.
Responses to questions were in STAR format (Situation Task Action Result).

Efficient and well organized to get to know your strengths and weaknesses based on real life examples of performance. Most of the time there are a group of 3-5 people in the interview listening to what you have to say.

Interview
Two interviews, basic and then detailed. All leadership related "tell me about a time" questions for the detailed interview with a team of interviewers. Got very positive feedback and told I would hear back from them end of the month. 6 months and multiple cordial follow up attempts of being completely ghosted. Not even a common courtesy rejection email or anything.
