I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Stratford, CT) in Dec 2015
Interview
There were 2 phone interviews, one with my current boos, the next with him and his boss. I was then in contact with the HR manager the rest of the time. There is a physical and drug test required. and a 3 day "training" to catch you up on the latest propaganda of the company and the benefits review. it is actually quite helpful
