I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Baltimore, MD) in Nov 2021
Interview
Interview process is pretty straight forward. They have a board of interviewers. I believe there were 4 people interviewing me. They asked questions about my experience, and then asked me how i would react to certain scenarios associatied with my job.
Contacted by the recruiting team, set up the interview (behavioral type questions using STAR process), got the job offer, negotiated and accepted. Overall a pretty standard interview process. The communication was easy and efficient.
