The interview was conducted at a local hotel by a traveling talent acquisition team visiting military bases. The interview itself was relaxed, and consisted of some of the standard questions, along with an opportunity for the interviewee to pose questions. All in all a positive experience.

The interview is STAR format so if you are good at telling stories and even making stories up on the fly you will do really well. However this format seems to get the wrong people promoted into positions they aren't truly qualified for simply because they are good story tellers.
