The interview had two rounds. The first round was an one-hour phone interview with the manager, during which he asked questions about past projects I had worked on. The second round was an on-site interview which itself included three rounds of one-on-one interviews. The questions varied with each interviewer, but essentially were a mix of personality and technical questions. The on-site visit also included a presentation on the company, location, and a tour of the facilities.

The interview began with a very casual conversation with a three of the managers associated with the position about my past experiences with schoolwork and relevant projects. Later on the direct manager for the position toured me around the Cape Canaveral Air Force Station to introduce me to the Lockheed facilities around the station and some of the current projects being worked on for the FBM program.

Applied online and was contacted by a recruiter within a week. I filled out a questionnaire, and about a week later I had an interview scheduled. Interview was at a hiring event, with people being interviewed for multiple positions. Follow up was slow, and I didn't receive a definitive answer until 5 months later.
