Interview
Questions focused behavioral questions, from the format of the questions i could tell that they were looking for answers in the STAR method, and a few technical questions. The interviewer was informed and made the interviewing process pretty relaxed.
Resume screening is a large obstacle, they heavily consider whether you go to events/workshops/webinars and your resume needs to be very polished. One interview after this, which lasts around an hour.

Behavioral - overall really easy if you can get an interview. No technical questions what so ever. I recommend just using the Star method and knowing ur resume. Knowing about the company never hurts, they look for people wanting to work in defense
