Interview conducted at Lockheed Martin RMS headquarters at a large recruiting event. It was mostly behavioral and fairly casual. How the interview went depended largely on the hiring manager it seemed.

Difference between agile and waterfall software development methodologies
Good and concise, mainly behavioral and may sneak in a few verbal technical questions. Make sure you know your leetcode easy and some mediums. Otherwise, you should be good, but could see some surprises

Began with some behavioral questions about why you want to work here, goals later in life, etc. Then moved into a short technical phase where there were questions about OOP.

I applied online and received an interview offer a few weeks later. It was completely behavioral and took around 45 minutes. The interview was conducted on Zoom. The interviewer did their best to make me feel comfortable.
