Everything was pretty well organized and the hiring process was very smooth. However, the description of the job was inaccurate in the long run. I accepted the job thinking there would be more research and development. In the end, the only work for anyone was basically technician work.

Star technique interview can be somewhat difficult so be sure to come prepared. Interviews can vary widely based on the interviewers. Worked here for many years and interviewed for at least 4 different roles.

The interview process was arranged through the company’s online scheduling website, and the interview itself was conducted virtually. Overall, the process was straightforward, convenient, and easy to manage from start to finish.
After applying for the position, a recruiter contacted me to answer some some initial HR questions. Afterwards I was selected for an interview with the Manager and Lead engineer. The interview was done virtually.
