I went to a Lockheed University event and talked to a couple of the full-time employees. They reviewed my resume at the event in depth. There was no further interview. I got a phone call about a week later telling me I got the job.

One behavorial STAR interview. The interview was a more relaxed conversation, I was surprised that no technical questions were asked before I received the offer. The interview lasted an hour long and was conducted on the phone.
