virtual via zoom (cause of covid). The interview involved me and 2 others on the call. The questions were very open ended which can be scary or ideal depending on your interviewing style. Overall, I did not get the job offer. They also wanted to pay me approximately 10k less then what i was making at another company. Yes, you heard that right, the largest military defense contractor in the world would only be willing to pay me 10k less then what I was making at another company.

Applied through a referral. Received notice after a week or two that I was selected for interview. It was virtual and followed a basic STAR behavioral question format. Took them over a month to tell me I was rejected which was a bit undesirable.
