Company flew me out to the job site and had an interview with the engineering manager and two veteran engineers. Primarily discussed my graduate school experience and how it relates to the job I applied to.
Easy and very straight, felt more like a conversation and some topics of the jobs position, didn't really get any behavior questions or questions about my resume, I had to bring them up and link them to the role.
Fairly simple. It was mostly just behavioral questions that were mostly team oriented. There were 4 questions within the timespan of the interview. The person was very sweet and enjoyed what I had to say.
