I applied through the website. A recruiter reached out to me a few weeks later for a phone screen. Phone screen was short (10 min) and consisted of simple questions about how much experience I had in various aspects from the job description. It was an entry level, so really no prior experience was necessary. I was referred to the hiring official and set up an interview. Short 30 min interview asking about why this job, my experience in various aspects from the job description, and a description of the company/job.
