Had 1 round of interviews. Initially applied for a different position in November, but didn't get it. Lockheed called back in March offering to interview me for another position in their Supply Chain organization. The phone call interview lasted about 30 minutes and asked about specific things on my resume, mostly about past work experience that they found interesting or that they thought would be relevant to work at Lockheed.

What are 3 words that your peers would use to describe you?
It was very difficult and employers weren't as friendly as hoped. I was really discouraged during my interview. It made me not want to reapply. I would recommend not interviewing
The interview process at this company was very streamlined and a simple process to go through. I enjoyed the transparent communication throughout the entire hiring process. Everything was done within a couple weeks.
