Three-rounds. Pretty straight forward and more behavioral focused. Typical questions like: what makes you a good fit and what team focused attributes do you possess. There were a few questions about financial questions about project forecasting and such, but nothing crazy.

Average interview experience. Friendly interviewers, less conversational than I expected it to be. Hard to gage reaction through screen, but we had some decent off-road conversations. Star method helped out a lot. Make everything into a positive.
