I applied online and received a call from a recruiter about 3 weeks later. An in person interview was scheduled the following week. I was interviewed by 2 managers. Most of their questions were skills based. The position was offered to me about 2 days later.

The interview process went very well. Interviewer was very knowledgeable. It appeared to be more of a character interview then an interview pertaining to the job. As a recent college student they knew I did not have hands on experience
