They asked me to give a talk. I was not told the talk would be on zoom while in front of an audience and they were not actually prepared for me to connect to the network. This threw a lot of things off.

Phone call followed by 6hr interview with first hour giving presentation on my research and answering questions followed by a series of 1hr interviews with technical staff answering both technical questions and personal life/ discussions.

Good process that was comprehensive and complete. For new hires it was done at a hiring event. Fun and fast paced. The questions were engaging and I hope I'm at 30 words now.
