I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin in Mar 2023
Interview
The interview process was pretty straightforward. The outline is as follows: 1. They will ask you about your experience and projects. Be prepared to be as specific as possible with your technologies, thought processes, and design decisions that went into creating your projects. I created a PowerPoint slideshow to both demonstrate my project and showcase the latter descriptions. 2. Be prepared to answer questions related to OOP (inheritance, polymorphism, data abstraction, encapsulation), basic C concepts (pointers, memory management), and OS concepts(concurrency, deadlocks, etc.) If you nail the above points, you will 100% get an offer!

I applied online. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin in Jun 2026
Interview
The interview was very conversational. Two technical leaders were asking about my experience, some situational behavioral questions, and some technical object oriented programing questions. Use the Star method for responses.

Question 1
What are the pillars of object oriented programming.
Received a prescreening email, asking questions pertaining to the position, I responded to the questions. A few weeks later, received another email tell me I was no longer under consideration.
Phone call, interview, offer. Interview was very easy questions about how you would approach different situations but nothing too specific needed or challenging. As long as you are somewhat prepared with examples of difficult situations you'll be fine.
