Interview
Interview was pretty straight forward, mostly behavioral questions. Was asked about my previous school projects. I loved the interviewers, they all were awesome. I got an offer 2 days later. I am planning on joining in summer 2024
I applied online. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin in Feb 2026
Interview
I got two interviews (diff positions). both times they start the interview like someone put a gun to their head, zero engagement. My first interview the dude just asked me one question and finished in 6 mins. Clear lack of professionalism. They knew who they were going to hire and just had me to tick off their boxes. Both times got rejections the same day of interview.
