Interview
The interview process for Lockton was very long. I first interviewed with two higher ups for an hour. Then immediately followed by an interview with two managers of the team I would be on. Felt like I was repeating myself the whole time.
The interview process was standard and easy. I had 3 rounds of interviews, a phone screening, interview with an LC, and interview with a team member. The process from phone interview to first interview took the longest.
The people I interviewed with at the time were too serious and had no personality. There were four of them in the conference room, which I thought was too excessive for the role I interviewed for.
