Several on-campus information sessions that were followed by on-campus interview with two people and then second round consisting of three interviews with different groups of people from the Washington, DC office. Mainly behavioral type questions. The first on-campus interview was mostly negative questions about yourself to see how you handle yourself.

Interviewer was very friendly, I was asked 2 questions about myself and then 2 situation based questions. It was very relaxed and actually quite enjoyable, as it felt more like a conversation than an interview.

First, I had to submit a resume and cover letter. The interview process was three steps: one group interview, the next was an individual one with HR, then one with an associate. It was a bit difficult to prepare for the group interview, as we were not sure what the task was going to be until the interview itself.
